Sears Warranties and home services are Hoax.

I have been experiencing a problem with my dryer since last 2 years.

Sears Warranty says that they would replace the defective piece but the dryer have been repaired 5 times in the last 2 years and everytime I ask for the replacement Sears comes out with new excuse -
-- last time it was that you need to have 3 services done

-- This time I called up they added you need to have 3 services within a year and since this a New Year - you do not qualify

I have been paying a good amount to get the warranties but that is of no use.

I feel cheated buying the goods and warranties from Sears.

Don't feel bad, they are doing the same thing to me right now, I had my refrigerator. Fixed 5x in a month and a half and I still don't qualify for the credit for a replacement. They are defrauding the consumer , they told me yesterday that if its fixable they will come out and fix it every time. I have had no refrigerator for a month and a half. Unbelievable ......they are truly getting over on customers..... Maybe a class action lawsuit will change how they do business, because my next step is a lawyer!!!!
